How long does delivery take?
Delivery times vary by area — Eldoret Town is 15–30 minutes, outer areas up to 60 minutes. Estimated times are shown when you select your area at checkout. We always aim to be faster than the estimate!
How do I pay for my order?
We accept M-Pesa (Paybill 789012, account = your phone number) and cash on delivery. You can also send payment via WhatsApp if you prefer. We confirm payment before dispatching your order.
Can I order via WhatsApp?
Yes! Many customers order directly on WhatsApp — just message us on +254 712 111 222 with your order, name and delivery address. We'll confirm and give you a total within minutes.
Is there a minimum order amount?
There is no minimum order amount. However, delivery fees apply for all areas. Orders above KES 1,500 from Eldoret Town get free delivery.
What if my order is wrong or missing an item?
We're very sorry if this happens! Please WhatsApp or call us immediately on +254 712 111 222. We will either resend the missing item or offer a full refund or credit note — your choice.
Do you do catering for events?
Yes! We cater for birthdays, office events, weddings and large gatherings. Contact us at least 48 hours in advance for catering enquiries. We offer custom menus and competitive bulk pricing.
